Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
This type of contract gives full freedom to the customer and keeps the systems always up and running. Each system or network point under the subscription of AMC would be covered by the warranty of Microzone. It is a comprehensive maintenance contract wherein all parts of your computer would come under Microzone warranty and any service/spare part replacement would be done without any extra charges till the validity of the contract exists.
Annual Service Contract (ASC)
This type of contract is a non-comprehensive one under which your systems would be covered under Microzone service. The spare parts will not be covered under Microzone warranty in this kind of subscription and will be charged extra to the customer.
